Terms of Service
Draft. Pending review by Nevada counsel.
DealClock is a calendar and reminder tool, not a licensed real-estate, escrow, or legal service. The licensed agent and supervising broker are solely responsible for all contract dates and deadlines and must verify every date against the signed documents. DealClock is not legal advice, does not interpret contract terms, does not negotiate, and does not draft or fill in contracts. Earnest money is reminded and logged only; DealClock never holds or moves funds.
1. What DealClock is
A software calendar that reads documents you provide, proposes dates for you to confirm, and sends reminders and factual date notices you enable. It is not a transaction coordinator, escrow, title, mortgage, or brokerage service, and is not licensed by the Nevada Real Estate Division.
2. Your responsibilities
- You and your supervising broker remain responsible for all deadlines, notices, and compliance with NRS/NAC 645.
- You must review and confirm each date. Unconfirmed dates never trigger reminders or party messages.
- You only add parties you are authorized to contact.
3. What DealClock never does
- Interpret contract terms or describe the consequences of a deadline.
- Negotiate, present offers, or communicate about price, repairs, credits or extensions.
- Draft or fill in any RPA, counteroffer or addendum.
- Hold, move, or verify earnest money (EMD deadlines are reminders and log entries only).
4. Billing
Your first deal is free. After that, Agent is $39/month (one agent, unlimited deals) and Team is $149/month (up to 5 agents). Billed monthly by Stripe. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Accuracy & liability
AI extraction can be wrong. DealClock is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
6. Records
Deal files are retained for 5 years after close or last activity (see Privacy).
