Privacy, retention & security

What we store

Your account details (name, email, phone, Nevada license #, brokerage), the documents you send us, the dates extracted from them, the party contacts you add, and a log of emails sent and actions taken.

How documents are processed

PDFs are sent to Google's Gemini API for data extraction only. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Record retention

Deal files are kept at least 5 years after close of escrow or last activity, in line with broker record-keeping practice (NAC 645.650). They are not auto-deleted before then. Earlier deletion requires your supervising broker's approval via an emailed link. You can download a full per-deal ZIP export (documents, timeline, audit log, emails sent) at any time.

Security

Documents are encrypted at rest (Fernet: AES-128-CBC + HMAC) on private storage and served only to the signed-in agent over HTTPS. Read-only share links are random and show dates and status only (no documents, prices or financial data). Access and changes are logged. If a security breach involves personal information, we notify affected users without unreasonable delay (NRS 603A.220).

Party messages

Parties receive only what you enable: dates, task names, and status. Recipients can reply directly to you.

DealClock is a calendar and reminder tool, not a licensed real-estate, escrow, or legal service. The licensed agent and supervising broker are solely responsible for all contract dates and deadlines and must verify every date against the signed documents. DealClock is not legal advice, does not interpret contract terms, does not negotiate, and does not draft or fill in contracts. Earnest money is reminded and logged only; DealClock never holds or moves funds. Terms · Privacy & security
